HAIR CARE MAINTENANCE:
- Use Sulfate-Free shampoo when washing the unit. Avoid using products with harsh chemicals, such as heavy oils, alcohol, grease, etc.
- Always use a moisturizing conditioner
- When detangling, use a paddle brush (for best results we recommend you start at the end and work your way up to the roots to avoid breakage)
- Airdrying the unit is recommended for best results.
- When styling, use a lite serum and shine spray.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
BELLA PERFECTION BEAUTY SALON HAS A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY FROM DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE PRODUCT IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON RETURNING IT. Used hair cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Once any lace has been removed from the wig, we will not accept your refund/exchange claim. Human hair products are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used, and that includes “trying them on”. Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Follow the steps below for a return or exchange:
1. Email us at bellaperfectionsalon@gmail.com with a brief description of why you'd like to return or exchange a product. Change of mind will not be accepted as a reason for exchange. Follow the instructions provided with your package.
2.All products must be shipped back in their original packaging and with no damage or a return/exchange will not be issued.
3. Returns are paid for by the customer.
4. The invoice and return form must be included with your return. Not including the invoice will result in a delayed refund or exchange.
5. All returns must be sent back to us using Australia Post. Bella Perfection Beauty Salon cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
6. After we receive your package, allow up to 72 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
